I can't believe it! I watch American Idol last night and Alexis Grace was voted off. Okay she wasn't the one I want to win. But she was way better than that ...oh what's his name? That Micheal guy. Yah That's him.
Anyways, I look over beside me as I hear silent crying. Here was my 5 year old crying her little eyes out. She was upset that Alexis was in the bottom three.
But Oh WAIT! Simon says "Alexis you were one of the ones we were thinking about saving." So my daughter was on the egde of her seat hoping Alexis was staying. Only to find out Simon say" NOPE sorry your going home".
That was soooooo rude! Not only to Alexis but to her fans. Look at the torture he did to both Alexis and my 5 year old little girl.

I haven't watched idol in a few year and I see Simon is still as rude as always. sorry about the heartache.
I can't believe that she was voted off either, especially over what's-his-name. Just last week or the week before they said she could sing the phone book. Now she's not good enough? They should have judged her on all songs, not just the country one. If it's truly a sing for your life kind of thing at that moment, then they should give the contestants an opportunity to sing their best song to date, not just the one from that week. It seems that just sets them up to fail.
Simon is a ..... well you know. LOL As for my daughter she is fine. I thought it was kinda cute that she was so attached to Alexis winning.
I agree that the contestants should beable to sing the song of their choice.
Maybe it's just me, but they've gone to a whole other level of mean this year.

I think so too. Randy even has turned this year and is speaking his mind. But I guess that is what it is about. But what they did to Alexis was down right rude.
